چکیده
حکمرانی به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین ارکان سیاسی و اجتماعی دارای ساحتهای چندگانه ای است که ازاهم آن ساحت تعلیم و تربیت است .تعلیم و تربیت معرف هویت فرهنگی و دینی جامعه است که ارتقای حکمرانی آن به مثابه مهمترین نهاد تربیت نیروی انسانی، مولد سرمایه و عهده دار اجرای سیاست های مصوب، ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر دارد. تحقق هدف آفرینش انسان تنها در پرتو تعلیم و تربیت میسر است. با ورود فناوری های دیجیتال به زندگی روزمره، نظام های آموزشی نیز تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته اند.
تربیت در عصر دیجیتال یکی از چالشهای بزرگی است که برای والدین و مربیان در دنیای امروز وجود دارد. عصر دیجیتال پارادایم های سنتی تعلیم و تربیت را به چالش می کشد که نیازمند رویکردهای نوین می باشد. بدین منظور در این پژوهش به بررسی چالش ها و فرصتهای حکمرانی تعلیم و تربیت پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش مروری نظام مند، محققان برای گردآوری داده ها و شناسایی مضامین از تحلیل مضمون موضوعی بر پایه روش آتراید- استرلینگ با رویکرد استقرایی و به صورت اکتشافی استفاده کرده اند.
پس از مطالعۀ دقیق، ابتدا متون موردنظر کدگذاری شدند و بدین ترتیب، با بهره گیری از مقالات مختلف حکمرانی، تعلیم و تربیت و عصر دیجیتال، ۴۵۶۴ مضمون اولیه براساس کلیدواژۀ مرتبط با حکمرانی، ۱۳۱۷۹ مقاله با مضمون تعلیم و تربیت و۱۲۸۶۴ مقاله با مضمون چالشها و فرصتهای عصر دیجیتال شناسایی و انتخاب شد. بعد از جمع بندی و خلاصه کردن، مضامین اولیه به ۱۶ مضمون پایه و چهار مضمون سازماندهنده (اقتصادی و مالی، قانونی و حقوقی، نوآوری و توسعه حرفه ای، فرهنگ سازی و آگاهی بخشی) برای مضمون حکمرانی تعلیم و تربیت در عصر دیجیتال: فرصتها و چالش ها تقسیم بندی شد و ترسیم شبکۀ مضامین آن صورت گرفت. اعتبارپذیری پژوهش با استناد به رویکرد لینکن و گوبا(۱۹۸۵)، مبتنی بر چهار معیار باورپذیری، انتقال پذیری، اطمینان پذیری و تاییدپذیری انجام شد.

Abstract
Governance as one of the most important political and social pillars has multiple fields, one of which is the field of education and training. Education and training represents the cultural and religious identity of the society, and the promotion of its governance as the most important institution for training human resources, generating capital and Being in charge of implementing approved policies has an undeniable necessity.
The realization of the goal of human creation is possible only in the light of education. With the introduction of digital technologies into everyday life, educational systems have also been affected. Education in the digital age is one of the biggest challenges for parents and educators in today’s world. The digital age challenges the traditional paradigms of education, which requires new approaches. For this purpose, in this research, the challenges and opportunities of education governance have been investigated.
In this systematic review research, the researchers have used thematic analysis based on the Atride-Sterling method with an inductive and exploratory approach to collect data and identify themes. After a detailed study, the desired texts were first coded and thus, by using various articles on governance, education and training and the digital age, 4564 primary themes based on keywords related to governance, 13179 articles with the theme of education and training and 12864 articles with the theme of challenges and the opportunities of the digital age were identified and selected.
After summarizing and summarizing, the primary themes are divided into 16 basic themes and four organizing themes (economic and financial, legal and legal, innovation and professional development, culture and awareness) for the theme of governance of education in the digital age: opportunities. And the challenges were divided and the network of its themes was drawn. The credibility of the research was done based on Lincoln and Guba’s (1985) approach, based on four criteria of believability, transferability, reliability and verifiability.
